How Do They Work?

First, they work only as a team. Both of them are in every meeting, on every phone call. And, they do all the work; no rookies (or even seasoned veterans) in the back room. You will work only with the principals.

Their unique working style means that Outcalt and Johnson must get consensus between themselves about your issues. They are both good listeners, but they do hear different things, and process that input differently. That blend of two professional perspectives on every engagement is a real bonus for their clients.

Once they have agreement among themselves, they then work interactively with the client, collaborating to achieve final consensus on What to do? Why? How?  Synergism is the attribute that is most important. Pat and Dick are "born-again synergists".  Every client would say "they're unique!"
