How it works.
After you have reserved and scheduled your session and executed our Confidentiality Agreement, you send in two things: 

• your financial statement for the most recent year (Income Statement and Balance Sheet);
• a summary of total sales by month.

Once we are all logged in to the online meeting session, on to the projecting! (Pat and Dick do all the data entry for you. You get to concentrate on the output.) 

Immediately, we all see the results of the proprietary Retailers 3-in-1 INTEGRATED Calculator: 

• Will there be a profit? 
• How much inventory (maximum) should we bring in each month? 
• Will we have enough cash to pay our bills on time?

Then, the "What if...?" discoveries begin. 
You suggest alternatives. Change sales? Margins? Cut expenses? Raise turns? What about dating?

We'll make those changes in the 3-in-1 Calculator; you look at those results. 

Compare and contrast the outcomes. Very quickly, your choices begin to sort out, while new choices emerge! And Pat and Dick are there as a sounding board for you.
